2. Bid, Buy, or Make an Offer

• Place bids on live auctions
• Buy instantly with Buy Now listings
• Submit offers on eligible items (Make Offer)
• Some auctions may include a reserve price set by the seller

Anti-Sniping Protection: If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the auction timer resets to 2 minutes — giving everyone a fair chance to bid.

3. Ask Questions

Use the Questions & Answers section on any listing to communicate directly with sellers before bidding, making an offer, or purchasing.

4.  Win & Connect

After you:

• Win an auction
• Use Buy Now
• Have an offer accepted

You will:

1. Pay the Buyer’s Premium to Shot Bids
2. Be connected directly with the seller
3. Complete payment using the seller’s preferred payment method

5. Receive Your Item

Once payment is received, the seller ships your item to you directly if it is non-regulated.  If a regulated item, it must ship to a FFL.

NOTICE: All regulated items are required to be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Buyers are responsible for selecting a valid FFL in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Once the buyer pays the Buyer’s Premium:

• The buyer pays you using your selected method
• You ship the item and provide tracking if it is a non-regulated item
• Regulated items will ship to an FFL identified by the buyer

NOTICE: Sellers must ship all regulated items to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder provided by the buyer. It is the seller’s responsibility to verify the FFL before shipment and ensure all transactions comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Do not ship regulated items directly to buyers unless legally permitted.
